Not satisfied with your product?
We’re sorry to hear that! You can return your order within 14 days, and we’ll ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your account within 5 business days after receiving the return. Please read the guidelines below before submitting a return request.

Products in Transit
Important: Products that haven’t arrived yet are not eligible for a refund.
If you have any questions about the status of your order, please contact our customer service.

Return Address
Returns must be sent to our warehouse in China.
The exact return address will be shared once your return request is approved.

Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to prevent loss during transit.

Return Conditions
To approve a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Easy Returns in Three Simple Steps:

Step 1: Send an email to mandora-amsterdam@outlook.com. Include your order number, email address, and reason for the return.

Step 2: Ship your order
Send the items along with the completed return form to the address provided on the return form. Be sure to include a Track & Trace number. Shipping costs are at your expense.

Step 3: Receive your refund
Once we receive the package, we’ll make sure the purchase amount is transferred to your account within 5 business days.
